1976 – Dixie Systems is purchased in South Carolina
1979 – Chicago Beverage Systems is purchased in Illinois and for the first time, Reyes enters the Miller system
1989 – Expansion reaches the West Coast in California when Harbor Distributing is purchased
1998 – Reyes enters the food distribution industry with the acquisition of Martin Brower
2005 – Reyes Food Group expands when Reinhart Foodservice is purchased in Wisconsin
Mid 2000’s – Dozens of food and beer distributors are acquired, fueling the largest growth period the company has ever seen
2012 – Reyes expands internationally with the acquisition of Keystone Foods into Martin Brower
2015 – Gold Coast Beverage is acquired in Miami, solidifying Reyes Beer Division as the largest beer distributor in the United States
2015 – Reyes officially enters the Coca-Cola system with the granting of distribution territories in Chicagoland
2016-2017 – Reyes ventures away from distribution and acquires nine Coca-Cola production facilities
2017 – Reyes expands their Coca-Cola reach in the largest acquisition to date with Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling
2018 – Reyes expands their Martin Brower U.S. business with the acquisition of select Golden State Foods assets
2018 – Reyes enhances their market leading position in beer distribution with several acquisitions and expands into a new Santa Fe Springs facility.
2019 – Reyes Beer Division expands into Northern California with the addition of Golden Brands

Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is the holding company for three business units: Reyes Beer Division, Martin Brower and Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling. Together, they create the Reyes Family of Businesses.
Founded in 1976 by two brothers, Chris and Jude Reyes, Reyes Holdings remains a family-run business to this day and is now one of the largest privately owned companies in America.

FINANCE
Our Finance team drives the bottom line of our businesses while also keeping an eye on constant innovation and our future goals. Finance team members are involved in planning, organizing, auditing, reporting, budgeting and overall financial management from the micro to the macro. The Reyes Holdings finance team manages finances for the enterprise and provides oversight, support and general assistance as needed across each of our business units.

HUMAN RESOURCES
Human Resources partners with our businesses to achieve organizational results through managing our company’s most valuable resources – our employees. Various HR functional units work together to support a healthy and ethical work environment and company culture. Our HR teams ensure the right people are in the right roles and help drive vital processes to ensure business runs at peak efficiency. Developing people policies, practices and procedures, recruitment and onboarding, labor and employee relations, talent and performance management, HR systems, compensation and benefits ang employee communications all fall into HR’s realm of responsibility.

LEGAL
At Reyes Holdings, we pride ourselves in always conducting our business ethically and according to local laws and regulations. Our Legal team supports those goals and the business by advising on a large range of general legal and employment issues, preparing, reviewing and implementing internal policies, procedures and guidelines and actively participating in mergers and acquisitions. The Legal department is critical in assessing and avoiding potential risk to the organization and protecting our business.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Our Information Technology (IT) department enables the business to meet key objectives through advancing and supporting our technology. IT provides the systems and infrastructure that optimize our business processes, deliver important information that drives effective decision-making and works to provide protection and security to the business. They plan with and advise departments throughout the enterprise, provide employee customer service and plan strategically for the further advancement of our technology assets.
