Every employee is provided with the tools and opportunities to excel in their career. In fact, many of our executives started in entry-level positions and have advanced within the organization. Learn more about our job opportunities in each department.
SALES
Our sales employees help our business be the bestselling organization by driving performance, identifying best practices, increasing efficiencies and improving existing processes while always prioritizing the needs of our customers. We have two types of sales roles – Inside Sales and Field Sales. Our Inside Sales employees support our Call Center and provide support to our businesses by collaborating with sales leadership to improve field sales through the standardization of processes, communication, reporting and technology solutions. Our Field Sales employees are responsible for representing the brands sold in their local markets, maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers and being the Consultant of Choice for our retail partners. They ensure product freshness, educate customers on new product offerings and assist the customer with placing the perfect order while always striving to be the best in the industry.
Sales roles include Inside Sales Representative, Field Sales Representative, Account Manager, Brand Manager, On/Off-Premise Manager, etc.
WAREHOUSE
Our hardworking warehouse employees make sure our product gets in and out of our warehouses in a timely manner. They are responsible for ensuring our customers receive their product accurately with the greatest quality. Warehouse workers often operate heavy machinery, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, to unload deliveries from our suppliers, rotate stock, build customer orders and load our trucks for delivery while always maintaining a safe work environment.
Warehouse roles include Warehouse Worker, Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, etc.
DELIVERY DRIVERS
Our fleet of experienced and professional delivery drivers pick up preloaded trucks from our warehouses and deliver products to our customers in a safe and timely manner. Their routes are predetermined by our Logistics Team who coordinate the timing and schedule of our delivery routes based on our customers’ needs. Through excellent customer service, strict compliance with state and DOT regulations, and adherence to the Reyes Beverage Group safety guidelines, our Delivery Team makes sure our customers receive accurate orders on time, every time.
Driver/Delivery Team roles include Class A/B Driver, Class C Driver, Driver Trainee, Associate Driver, Delivery Supervisor, Delivery Manager, etc.
MERCHANDISING
Our Merchandising Team ensures our products are up to date, our brands are well represented and our presence stands out in the marketplace. Merchandisers travel to accounts along their route to help unload, restock, rotate and build displays. They work alongside our Sales and Delivery teams to provide the best customer service to every customer account.
Merchandising roles include Merchandiser, Lead Merchandiser, Merchandising Supervisor, etc.
MARKETING
Our Marketing employees are the bridge between our Sales team and suppliers, and partner with them to ensure flawless execution in the marketplace. They are responsible for enhancing supplier relationships through development and communication, planning special events and customer contact, assisting with inventory management and communicating supplier marketing plans and strategies to Sales and Delivery teams.
Marketing roles include Brand Manager, Marketing Director, etc.
BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & SERVICES
While most of our employees work in our distribution centers and out in the field promoting our brands and delivering and merchandising our products, we also have a talented team of office-based employees who help ensure our businesses run smoothly. Whether it’s Purchasing, Accounting, IT, Logistics, Creative, Corporate Affairs or Human Resources, our teams are always working behind the scenes to ensure we meet our goals, move our strategy forward and provide the tools and resources needed to run an efficient and successful business.
Business Management and Services roles include Human Resources Coordinator/Manager, Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Technical Support, Graphic Artist, Logistics Analyst, etc.
