Martin Brower NZ have an exclusive client and distribute 100% to a major QSR chain, with a 46-year relationship in New Zealand market. Operating with a lean structure; there is a core STANZ team (Senior Team ANZ) that comprises of key managers across the business that support the development of the strategic direction of the company.

Reducing our carbon footprint is key and begins with an environmental scorecard for each distribution centre. We track our landfill contribution, energy and fuel use, and the amount of materials we recycle. Our New Zealand distribution centres’ environmental management systems are ISO 14001 certified.

DELIVERY
Our drivers play an integral role in ensuring our customer recieves quality products. They are involved in maintaining the quality of stock during the delivery, conducting required checks as well as unloading the stock at restaurants.
Delivery Roles Include: Class A Driver, Driver Trainee, Associate Driver, Transportation Supervisor, etc.
WAREHOUSE
Our business couldn’t operate without our quick-thinking, energetic Warehouse Operators. Working in our fast-paced Warehouse environment, our Operators ensure orders are picked accurately and on time whilst maintaining quality of stock.
Warehouse Roles Include: Warehouse Worker, Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, etc.
LEADERSHIP
