Reyes Fleet Management (RFM) is an essential part of Reyes Holdings. RFM services and maintains the fleet of trucks and equipment for the Reyes Family of Businesses. We are one of the largest fleets in the United States, working within our business unit distribution centers across the nation. We partner with our internal customers in the areas of asset management, safety and compliance, and training. Our goal is to assist in the reduction of cost and risk throughout the Reyes Family of Businesses. In addition to our world-class support, we also manage Reyes Academy – a state-of-the-art training facility in Fredericksburg, Virginia that trains 600+ professional drivers a year as well as transportation and other operations management.

Since 2015 we have been steadily increasing our efforts to leave the world a better place than we found it. From solar panels, to LED lighting, hybrid trucks and process improvements – we are proud of the work we have done to operate ‘clean’.
RFM is an important part of this effort servicing close to 400 hybrid vehicles. Reyes Holdings will soon also own upwards of 30 brand new all-electric trucks with plans to continuously increase that number as they integrate with our companies.

FLEET TECHNICIAN A
A Fleet Technician A is responsible for the repair, maintenance and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment within the Reyes Holdings family of businesses. The A level Technician will assist in the diagnosis of major components, remove/ replace major components of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of Lead Technician or Supervisor.
FLEET TECHNICIAN B
A Fleet Technician B primarily focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment of the Reyes Holdings family of businesses. A B level Technician will assist in the repair and diagnosis of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of Lead Technician/ Technician A’s or Supervisor.
FLEET TECHNICIAN TRAINEE
If you are interested in becoming a Fleet Technician and you are either attending school full-time or a recent graduate, Reyes Fleet Management can help you develop the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to grow in your chosen field. In this role, you will work side by side with actual RFM technicians to gain hands on experience.
FLEET PARTS CLERK
The Fleet Parts Clerk ensures technicians have the parts needed to complete jobs in a timely manner and are responsible for managing the proper inventory levels as directed. They are also responsible for supporting the Fleet Manager with administrative items, processing vendor invoices, and other duties as needed.
FLEET SHOP MANAGER
The Fleet Shop Manager oversees all fleet maintenance activities at their designated shop(s)with the objectives of high levels of service, expense productivity and safety performance. This position has responsibility for management of all in-house maintenance and oversees all technicians within the shop(s).
Facility Maintenance Technician
A Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the inspection and repair of facility maintenance equipment.
